 Trip to Colorado 2020, Tent Camping and Cabins.

Glamping in Buena Vista, CO. Just as nice as a cabin except when the wind blows, and it did.

Great little cabin in Steamboat Springs State Park 30 miles north of Steamboat. 

Cabins were not placed close together or even facing the same way. Makes for a lot of privacy.

In Steamboat Springs I found a great KOA on the Yampa River. It was two stories and I have never climbed steeper stairs since getting onto the top bunk in bunk beds. A little closer quarters.

My friend went with me and we had our own accommodations. Camping in Winding River Resort just outside Grand Lake Colorado.

Usually the road opens June 1st. This year it did and then closed again on the 3rd or 4th for a storm. It can snow in any month on the pass. I was in snow on 4th of July one year.

The mountains are great.

Mountain goats. This is outside Yellowstone on the northeast corner and I think more beautiful than the park. Hope you get a chance to go.
